Rose & Ball Hospitality at Chelsea Football Club

In modern stadiums, hospitality lounges do more than serve food and drink. They host VIPs, sponsors and fans who expect comfort, style and a premium match-day experience. At Chelsea Football Club’s Rose & Ball Lounge at Stamford Bridge, the brief was clear: create a contemporary, hard-wearing space that looks impressive every game.

DeFrae Contract Furniture worked with the design team to supply a full package of banquette seating, dining chairs, bar stools, benches and tables. Every piece uses Crib5 fabrics and contract-grade finishes, making the lounge ready for busy match days and corporate events.

Curved Banquette Seating for a Strong Stadium Identity

Along one side of the lounge, we installed long runs of curved banquette seating. Deep vertical fluting adds rhythm and a strong visual line through the space. The backs use rich green Crib5 velvet from Panaz, while the seats feature patterned contract fabric for contrast and extra interest.

This combination gives the Rose & Ball Lounge a bold, recognisable look. It also offers generous, comfortable seating that stands up to heavy stadium use.

Dining Furniture for Flexible Hospitality Layouts

Across the main dining area, we supplied our Menta & Luna Metal armchairs. Soft upholstery in blues, greens and warm neutrals ties in with Chelsea’s wider palette. All fabrics are Crib5-rated from leading suppliers, including Sunbury Design and Panaz, so the chairs deliver both comfort and compliance.

The chairs pair with square, round and rectangular dining tables. Many tops use Egger laminates with impact-resistant ABS edging. Others are made as bespoke tabletops to suit specific sizes and layouts. Black and brass metal bases complete the look and provide excellent stability.

Bar Stools and Poseur Tables for Match-Day Service

Two distinct bar zones use different bar stool styles. One area features the Taylor tube bar stools, with a curved metal tube back and slim black frame. The stools are upholstered in Panaz contract fabric, offering both support and elegance for guests who prefer to perch at the bar.
